The scope of performance, goals, fees, payment schedules, dates project management, the team and responsibilities are recorded in the contract. Thus, defining rights and services in advance.
The contingency fee consists of per unit royalty based on the sales price. The granting of exclusive rights of use with right of transfer to third parties (world wide use) are possible and will be recorded on a separate license agreement.
